They do not need to be expiring domains either, by transfering them, you are simply extending the expiration date by 12 months. The tranfer process is easy and you can save a lot of money in the process as well.
You will be able to transfer .biz, .org, .us, .info domains for $8.81 and transfer .com, .net domains for $8.28 with the "harvest" code.
