Q: Can I cancel my subscription / membership at any time?

A: Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your membership at anytime. Just log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription

Also - if you cancel your membership you are advised to wait until towards the end of your billing cycle to cancel.
That way you will have access to the downloads as long as possible.

Q:Is the membership fee a "one-off" or a monthly fee?

A: Your membership fee is a recurring monthly fee and will bill one month from the sign up date and every subsequent month at the same rate (until such time as you decide to cancel your subscription / membership).

Q:Will my membership fee ever increase?

A: No. Certainly not. If you sign up for $47 and the fee goes up to $67 two minutes later, it doesn't matter, you have locked your fee in at $47 for life - unless you cancel and want to re-join - then you will be asked to join at whatever the current fee is.

Q:Will I still be able to access your Premium services after my subscription is canceled?

A: No. Your premium membership access will automatically cease as soon as you cancel your membership.
You will not be permitted access to any of those services. This is in fairness to all those who continue to pay their monthly subscription.

Q:Will I Be Able To Re-Join At Some Later Time If I Cancel?

A: Yes.Since the available products are placed in the "Archive Vault" as soon as each months NEW products are released, there is no penalty to you if your funds are needed elsewhere at the time and you need to cancel your Membership.You might miss out on the specials that are for Members Only while you are not subscribed, but you will be able to access the current months products as soon as you re-register. The "Archive Vault" products can be purchased within the membership for a nominal fee - usually equal to or slightly greater than the current monthly membership fee.

Q: If I purchase a prior months Video Series from the Archive Vault, will I also be able to download the "Rewards" that were available during that time period?

A: Yes.Everything that is shown on the Archive Page for that time period will be available for you to download

Q:How can I cancel my subscription?

A: Simply login to your PayPal account, locate the subscription and cancel it yourself. Alternatively you can email our support desk and we can do this for you from our end.

Q:I haven't received my login details via email. What should I do?

A: In the rare instances that this occurs, it is the result of one of two things.

Either the email address you used when you signed up is not valid, the mailbox is full etc. OR a spam filter has prevented our automated email from reaching you.

In both instances, please email our support desk (email address on top of this page) and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

PLEASE supply us with your PayPal subscription number to speed up this process.

Q:I have misplaced / forgotten my login details. How can I retrieve them?

A: Use the Forgot Password feature to have our system send your password to your email address. You need to ensure however that you are using the email address that you used when you signed up for PLRVideoDirect.com.
Also make sure that you white list the email address:

This will insure that you receive all the Members updates and important notices about the new releases.

Q: If I run into problems with any part of my Membership, will you help?

A: Absolutely! Just email us,and be sure to use the address on top of this page.

Q:Will you be adding new content each month?

A: Yes. We will add new PLR Videos, resell rights products, other private label products and articles each at least once a month - more if possible!

We're also always on the lookout for new services that we can provide to our members, and we're also always interested in hearing how we can better serve our members.

Q: Can I resell or give away all the products I download from the PLRVideoDirect.com site?

A: Every product you download comes with certain rights. A few products are for your own use only, but most products have Resale Rights, Master Resale Rights or Private Label Rights. Each product comes with the Authors rights to their product.
