Thanks to a tip from one of the readers of the post on how to create a
custom PayPal payment page, I made the folowing video tutorial showing
what Hugh had suggested.

If you do not have a custom payment page or for that matter, do not
have an SSL certified domain because of the cost and / or hassle…
