FaceBook has become a flea market farm for wanna be marketers. They are taken over facebook and spamming other friends like crazy.
Me as a 10 yr Internet Marketer, I’m just over stated that people will use this type of marketing instead of doing the old seo that works. I personally do seo for over a hundred of my clients when it comes to my company.
I try to let them know that facebook is a good place to start to get your band out there, but its not the place to setup shop for a lifetime. I even wrote on blog on this subject called “FaceBook Wanna Be Marketers” you can Google it if you want to read it.
I’m sorry for getting so far off subject, but I just had to express my fillings of the facebook is going..which in the hole like MySpace in a couple of years if people just keep this up.
Thanks for this post, and this is “TrafficColeman Singing Out”
One mans “flea farm” is another mans goldmine. I agree that you should not put all your eggs in one basket. So if you are only using Facebook as your traffic source then yes you can do better than that. But the same can be said that if you are using – as you put it – “The Old SEO That Works” AND NOT other methods that are proven winners, like Facebook, then you are falling in the same trap.
With 400 million members on Facebook and it is growing at an astounding rate DAILY, you should be looking at this as an additional means to draw targeted traffic.
By all means, don’t give up on the old methods as long as they are working. But I believe that Facebook has grown to the point that it will not fail, it will only get bigger and better.
I for one enjoyed this little taster on making a different list of your friends. This will come in very handy for the ideas I have in the future.
As you said above, FB has 400 million members and I would like to tap into a small percentage of that. By learning news skills that you offer will make my learning curve shorter.
Thank you therefore for taking time to produce these videos, they are GREAT.
Steve’s videos are some of the most professional PLR videos I have seen on the internet in a while. His voice is also very easy to listen to and learn from. The customer service I have encountered from his company is one others should learn from. I recommend his services greatly.

Hey Steve,
I've been building websites since 1998. I have to tell you that I've seen a lot of sites that claim to have great products and some do but when it comes to Video Training, you are my new "go to guy". Paul Ellis - The Mad Webmaster
Hello Steve,
Your videos are of the highest quality and very well put together.
Your attention to details is incredible. It is obvious that you didn’t just put together something over a weekend to make a few bucks. You’ve put in a lot of time and effort into these and the quality shows!
I love your style of narrating with a touch of humor. You explain complex ideas without making it dull and put the viewer immediately at ease.
Best Regards,

Hi Steve,

Hey there Andrew,
Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and even more so for commenting on it. Thank you also for the kind words.
My plans are to add a few more videos on what I consider the triple-crown of social media traffic magnets…Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
All 3 can be a colossal waste of time or if tapped into properly, a monster of a marketing tool.
Thanks again for stopping by and commenting Andrew.
