Facebook Fan Pages will be adopting the Timeline layout and I’ve created a few video guides to help you make the change.
The Fan Page Timeline layout is very similar to your personal profile timeline with a couple of exceptions. The rules governing the huge 851 pixel wide by 315 pixel high cover image is the biggest of the differences. Click Here to review these “non-promotional” rules (will open in a separate page)

About the main picture, above. An CTA is not allowed you said, but on your page i see an arrow to subscribe.. am i missing something here? thanks for the vids btw. I bought some great stuff from you.. and i am planning to make FB pages. Can i make a fanpage of you with your name, on my FB to promote you?

Thank you for your comment and a great question also!
The cover image you are talking about is on my personal profile timeline. The personal profile cover image does not have the same strict rules as the business or fan page cover image does.
You can be a little promotional on your profile timeline but be careful as it is not meant to be used as a business profile. So I mention my website but try and have more of a personal look to the page than a blatant advertising spot for PLR Video Direct.

The main thing about the fan or business page cover image is that you can have zero promotional material on it.
